Our mission

I believe IMGs deserve a clear, honest map of the U.S. physician pathway — so I build practical, stage-by-stage education that turns an overwhelming process into a workable plan.

Meet LATIMGS

LA

I teach the U.S. physician pathway because the information that IMGs need most is often scattered across outdated forums, contradictory Reddit threads, and official websites that assume you already know the language. That gap has real consequences — wrong timelines, missed deadlines, and careers that stall before they start. I created these courses to be the clear, honest, organized resource I wish had existed from day one.

My approach is practical above everything else. Every lesson is built around a decision you will actually have to make — whether that is understanding what ECFMG certification requires before you can sit for the USMLE, figuring out how to cold-email a PI whose research aligns with your specialty, reading a real estate cash-flow figure without getting lost in jargon, or organizing your ERAS application so nothing falls through the cracks. I do not teach theory for its own sake; I teach what moves you forward.

The LATIMGS courses span the full arc of the journey — from your very first orientation to the U.S. medical system, through research and clinical experience, into the Match, and even into building financial stability as a physician. You can start at whatever stage you are in right now. No matter where you are entering, the goal is the same: less confusion, more momentum, and decisions you can stand behind.

If you are an international medical graduate trying to figure out your next concrete step, I want this to be the place you come to think it through. Browse the courses, start with whatever is most urgent, and reach out if you have questions. This work matters to me, and I am glad you are here.

Our ethos

  1. Clear before clever — every concept should be explained in plain language before any complexity is added, because confusion is not a sign of rigor, it is a barrier to progress.
  2. Practical over comprehensive — a student who finishes a lesson knowing exactly what to do next has learned more than one who has read everything but cannot act on any of it.
  3. Honest about limits — requirements change, official sources always take precedence, and good education tells you when to verify rather than pretending certainty it cannot guarantee.
